We offer a range of classes for all levels of yoga students. We invite you to try out different classes and teachers to find what best meets your needs. We have mats and props for your use. We also hold workshops on various topics.

Next Intro Series: September 7, 2008: Intro to Yoga Four Class Series 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. $52. A great place to start yoga.
Upcoming Workshop Series:
Bare Foot Bootcamp  with Nancy Leigh-Smith  6:00 am to 7:30 AM! August 18 to 23. Six consecutive mornings of Sun Salutations and a focus pose. Pump-up your practice.
