Since 2002 we have offered a range of classes for all levels of yoga students. We invite you to try out different classes and teachers to find what best meets your needs. We have mats and props for your use. We also hold workshops on various topics.

Our New Location
We're very excited to announce that Castro Valley Yoga has moved to a larger, more desirable location. We're now located at 3111 Castro Valley Blvd, Suite 210 (on the southeast corner of Castro Valley Blvd and San Miguel). For a map and directions click here.
