Intro to Yoga Series | Brianna Stevens |
This series is designed to give beginning students the foundation
they need to feel comfortable in any level 1 class.
For only $50, the student gets four two-hour classes held on Sundays at 3:00 PM,
where yoga fundamentals are explained and experienced.
For all classes: Wear loose or stretchy clothes and dress in layers.
Castro Valley Yoga provides mats and other props you may need.
Do not eat for at least 1 hour prior to class.
Yoga is practiced barefoot.
This series requires pre-registration, which can be accomplished by sending an email to answers@cvyoga.com. Make the subject line "Pre-register me
for the Intro series".
Plan on arriving 10 to 15 minutes before class to sign in with the teacher.

6:30 to 7:30 PM
This is a mellow weekend transition class consisting of a Slow Flow with a mantra or focus each week.
Slow Flow is moving from one pose to another but with a hold of each pose for 5 to 10 breaths.
On-going class. Arrive 10 minutes before class to set up.
